The Ann Arbor Symphony will host a performance by our Maestro Arie Lipsky with A²SO Concertmaster Aaron Berofsky, A²SO Associate Concertmaster Kathryn Votapek, and UM Violin professor Yehonatan Berick for a concert of string quartets. In addition to conducting the A²SO and playing the flute, Maestro Lipsky is an accomplished cellist. Dessert is served at 1:30 pm followed at 2:00 pm by a one-hour concert.

The program will include the following pieces:

Mozart > Quartet (K.499)
Schubert > Quartet "Rosamunde"

Single tickets are available at the door for $8.

The Afternoon Delights series (formerly known as Matinée Musicale) is a midday concert series for everyone, supported by the National Endowment for the Arts, the Michigan Council for Arts & Cultural Affairs, and Howard Ando & Jane Wilkinson in memory of Florence Ando.
