Side-by-Side Concerts

Give your students the unique, life-changing opportunity of sharing stands and the stage with the Ann Arbor Symphony Orchestra in a side-by-side concert. Students are mentored by A²SO musicians, improving their technique and ensemble skills as they experience what it is like to perform with a professional orchestra. The experience includes rehearsing with Maestro Arie Lipsky and the musicians before culminating in a joint performance with the Ann Arbor Symphony Orchestra.

The program is designed to build and improve orchestras from top to bottom, keeping students engaged in music throughout high school and beyond. It gives them skills such as discipline and motivation that they will use throughout their lives. Each program is individually tailored to match your school's needs.
